When your website has been developed fully and on page optimization has been done with, you should be looking to promote your website. This blogging thing is pretty new for me, and as I am exploring this online venture, I am thrilled to find something new everyday. So, I make it a point to share it with my readers and friends online. In my quest to discover search engine optimization, as you may already know, broken or dead links are the worst things to happen in a website.

I found some broken links in my blog recently in the image tags. That made me very nervous and I researched for free broken link checkers. And I found one!

WebToolHub Tools offer this free broken link checker tool. I found it pretty fast to load and was very structured in telling me the background of my own blog. It lists all the links in my website one by one, and goes through listing what link is broken and what is not. Here, I took the screenshot of this free broken link while it was checking the broken or dead links of my blog.

PageRank Checker Tools – Multi Data Centers

Believe it or not, this blog had a pagerank of two few weeks ago. I was thrilled to find that out, and began checking my pagerank on different pagerank checker tools. Well, to my surprise the first time I checked it on one of the pagerank checker tools, it gave me the pagerank of “0″, the next one have me “2″ and next gave me “0″ again. I was pretty confused. Din’t know why it was varying so frequently on different Webmaster resources tools.

I did some research and figured out that the pageranks could be different for different seo tools, and not all the tools gave the accurate information. During my research, I found out about some of the seo tools, that gave me almost accurate information that answered most of my questions, and I was pretty satisfied. Here are the tools that I mostly use to check the pagerank for my blog.

First off, what is a pagerank? PageRank is a term coined by Google to measure how many links point to a website as well as the “quality” of the sites providing the links.

You can choose the most vibrant IPs, or select one the many available IP addresses down below. I checked the pagerank of a popular forum that I visit frequently. There were many more that I came across on google during my search for good ones, but most of them went on and on, without loading and giving me any results. Some I found out did not give accurate information.
